Welcome to The Rascals Family. If you have decided to travel with us, there are a few things you need to know before your trip.
- We highly recommend insurance for your trip. You can book insurance through our partners at Travel Guard.
- Due to some changes by Club Mobay, reservations for their services must now be booked directly by you using the link below. You are no longer required to email us your flight information. In order to ensure the times you need are available, we suggest you book your service as soon as you have your flight information.
- Jamaica now requires that all arriving travelers fill out an online customs form – the paper forms used in the past are no longer accepted. We’ve provided more information and a link to the form on this page.

Jamaica Entry
Requirements
Jamaica now requires that all arriving travelers fill out an online customs form prior to arrival – the paper forms used in the past are no longer accepted. You can fill out the form up to 30 days in advance of your arrival date, and you will need your passport and arriving flight information to complete it. Below is the link to the form – please use this link and do not search for the form on Google because, according to the tourist board, there are potentially some scam forms out there.
