Booking Form
Once you submit the booking form, you will be contacted within 24 hrs. to confirm your reservation. A deposit of $250 per person ($500 for premium and Jacuzzi rooms) will be required upon confirmation. Group rates require a minimum stay of five nights within the official group dates. Terms and Conditions
All reservations and payments for resort stays and supplementary services are considered non-refundable once booked. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance for your trip in order to protect your money and yourselves from any unforeseen circumstances or events.
Further, The Rascals and JMF Travel LLC act only as agents and are not responsible for loss or injury of any kind resulting from your actions or activity while traveling on one of our group trips or independent resort stays.
Rascals trips are focused on being a great experience for all, and as such, you must be respectful of all other guests and resort staff. Inappropriate behavior including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances, language or touching of other guests, is strictly prohibited, and such behavior will subject you to removal from the resort at your own expense and without refund for any portion of your stay.

Hedonism Change Waiver
The Hedonism Change Waiver is not travel insurance – this is a waiver of cancellation penalties which will allow you to cancel your reservation anytime before your arrival and receive a credit which can be used for up to one year from your original travel date. This will not entitle you to a refund and the credit can only be used once. It cannot be extended.
